Subject: Buyer Tips I — Pre-Register Early & Prepare Your Visa
Dear Valued Partners,
To make your Canton Fair visit smoother, here are two key reminders.
1. Pre-register early.
The Canton Fair has opened its overseas buyer pre-registration channel year-round for the first time. Pre-registered buyers can:
Collect badges and first-day covers onsite
Get a buyer badge in just 30 seconds at the venue, airport, or designated hotels.
As of mid-September 2026, more than 200,000 overseas buyers have completed pre-registration.
2. Prepare your visa and invitation letter.
Most international buyers need a Chinese Business (M) Visa. The official Canton Fair invitation letter remains the most direct and effective document for your application. Apply through the Buyer Service System or during pre-registration. If you encounter difficulties, you may contact your existing Chinese suppliers or exhibitors for a private invitation letter as an alternative.
Prepare your passport with at least six months' validity and two blank pages. Apply via COVA or your local Chinese embassy/consulate. For more details, you also can contact us via our contact method. We will attend the Phase 2(Oct 23–27). We have two booths this season, booth 19.2L05 for paper products and booth 18.2L43 for Home Gift set. We warmly welcome you visit our booth.
